Apple the Apples

October 20, 2012 By Shermaine Leave a Comment

You might remember the Apple Pie that was featured awhile ago. Well, there has been yet another Apple occurrence, this time created by an unnamed Japanese Fuji apple orchard owner. This is it…

How did he do this? The Fuji apple man designed special ‘tan-toos’ that prevented the stencilled areas from ripening as fast as the rest of the apple, thus creating the Apple-ised apples. Sometimes I think that people have way too much time on their hands. But then again, if I was living near the area I would probably make my way down to Fuji apple man to get my hands on one of these to add a little amusement into my life. Maybe he’s the brighter crayon in the box after all.
