Manchester-based photographer Dave Wood borrowed his friend’s Nikon camera four years ago and soon found himself becoming addicted to photography. After having a play with a couple of different styles, he found his weapon of choice: Macro photography.

I never knew that water droplets could look like this. From the Superman logo to perfect pink roses, these are probably the most interesting macro photographs I have come across.
