Ten Happy Facts

ONE. Otters hold hands while sleeping so they don’t float apart.

TWO. Norway once knighted a penguin – his full name is Colonel-in-Chief Sir Nils Olav.

THREE. Blind people smile despite having never seen someone smile before. It is just a natural human reaction.

FOUR. The voice of Mickey Mouse and the voice of Minnie Mouse got married in real life.

FIVE. If you fake laugh long enough, you’ll actually start to laugh really hard.

SIX. Puffins mate for life, they make little cliffside homes with a room for a toilet, and baby puffins are called “pufflings.”

SEVEN. A chemical called oxytocin is released when people cuddle, helping to heal physical wounds.

EIGHT. According to scientists at Northampton University, cows have best friends and are stressed out when away from them.

NINE. Squirrels forgetting where they put their acorns results in thousands of new trees each year.

TEN. Somewhere, someone is having the best day of their life…
