Not sure about you, but the only form of snapping I remember doing as a teenager was towards my parents. At the age of 25, I really should stop saying this but seriously…kids grow up too quickly these days.
These photos were all submitted in the youth category of the 2014 Sony World Photography Awards. The photographers have to be 19 years or younger and while some are doing it professionally, most of them are amateurs with a really good eye for photography. More than 135,000 images were submitted to the contest from 166 countries – the highest number of entries the awards have seen in their seven year history.
