Being in Shanghai, you see things that you never thought you would. You hear about stories that are way too close for comfort. I mean...we recently had a food scandal where they found that people were distributing millions of dollars worth of meat from the 1970s. Read here if you don't believe me. They can fake eggs, watermelons explode, and we have dead pigs floating down the river - but all . . .
A Wrapped City
I have a love for paper, stationery, and all things related. A little while ago, encountered the dilemma of having to give a couple of friends some green tea Kit Kats from Japan and found out that I had nothing to wrap them with (big gasp). Found a roll of scrap paper and decided to make my own... Presents always look nicer wrapped - we all too often get lazy and gift people in paper . . .
Light It Up
Industrial lighting. Something we all can't get enough of. So...here I am to quench our thirst. Take note all of you new home owners, or those in need of a renovation & change in surroundings. via Honestly WTF . . .
Dream a Little Dream

Up, Up and Away
I know that this has been done by National Geographic before, but anyone that manages to fly a (mini) house into the air with the help of a bunch of balloons deserves a mention. Professional cluster balloonist, Jonathan Trappe, recreated Disney Pixar's Up flying balloon house last weekend for the International Balloon Festival in Leon, Mexico. As if being a 'professional cluster . . .
Lego Bricks
Having one of those days where everything seems to fall into place. Where there's a little more bop in your step and Glee's version of 'Dancing with Myself' doesn't cause the same irritation that it normally does when it comes on. I even tried to open the windows to let in some fresh air. Soon changed my mind (note to self: China does not actually have fresh air). Let's just stick with my perfect . . .
